Last 7th of July, the final of the Spanish Under-12 Championship was played in La Manga Club, where the player of the Ferrer Tennis Academy faced Andrés Santamarta.

Puig arrived in Cartagena mentalized after a good dynamic of positive results that allowed him to face the Championship with optimism. Several important finals in 2019 for the player of Javea such as the Rafa Nadal Tour of Barcelona and Valencia were premonitory to achieve one more final.

The 38th Spanish U-12 Championship started very well for Keoni, second seed, and was developed as planned, beating Angel Fonseca from Madrid 6-3 2-6 6-1 in the semifinal, reaching its primary goal, to play the final, where he was defeated by the Valencian Andrés Santamarta after a very tight first set, signing a final score of 7-6 (4) 6-1 for Santamarta.

The young player of the Ferrer Tennis Academy is already focussed on the «European Summer Cup» where he will represent Spain with his teammates, from July 25 to 28, 2019 in the city of Rakovnik in the Czech Republic.

For this purpose he is already thoroughly prepared in the facilities of the new ATF headquarters in Ciudad Deportiva Camilo Cano de La Nucia with his team of professionals who combine their efforts and experience to help their players achieve their sporting and personal goals.
